CONCEPT HOTEL GROUP UNVEILS ITS UNIVERSE OF NEW PROJECTS IN MADRID

Taking advantage of the cosmopolitan pulse of FITUR week, on Wednesday 21st, Concept Hotel Group presented the new developments the group has in store for this year, along with a preview of surprises planned for 2027. From the Ibiza stand, the group’s CEO and founder, Diego Calvo unveiled the new projects for the first time to media and industry professionals.

On Thursday 22nd, this time at Casa Amante Madrid, Diego Calvo curated a gathering of Madrid’s creative and cultural community. The event offered a glimpse into the group’s imaginative universe and showcased the key milestones that will define its future roadmap, always with Ibiza at its core,  delivering a clear statement of everything yet to come.

The evening provided the opportunity to share the evolution of Mongibello in its new phase as a five-star hotel, a transformation that reinforces its Mediterranean soul through new services, heightened attention to detail, and an experience that understands luxury as unhurried enjoyment.

Casa Amante also saw the announcement of one of the group’s most anticipated projects: the 2026 opening of Nocturna, a 400-capacity nightclub located beneath Hotel Los Felices. Developed in collaboration with British nightlife company Tokyo Industries, Nocturna is being built around four core pillars — Sound, Service, Design, and Community — and will deliver a high-fidelity, audiophile-led club experience that prioritises intimacy, quality and connection. Expect a carefully considered and culturally diverse mix of residencies and special events across the summer program as Nocturna offers a more boutique take on the Ibiza nightlife experience.

Sport also featured within the Concept universe with the announcement of the second edition of the Mini Open de Tenis, set to take place in Ibiza on 9 and 10 October. An event that moves away from traditional networking formats, it brings together island residents, professionals from different sectors, and tennis lovers in a relaxed yet competitive and social atmosphere.

Live music, as always, will play a central role with the return of Sonorama Ibiza, which will take place on 2 and 3 October across two key venues: Venice Bay and the Auditorium of Es Caló de S’Oli. The festival, which brings together some of the most prominent names on the Spanish music scene, once again enjoys the support of Sant Josep és Música, the Consell of Ibiza, and the Sant Josep City Council, strengthening its ties to the local cultural scene.

The Casa Amante event was soundtracked by the carefree and upbeat rhythms of Madrid-based band Por Las Noches, made up of Eduardo Gaván, Alex de Lucas, Luis Basilio and Raúl Santos.

Among the gastronomic highlights, Concept Hotel Group announced that the diner at Romeo’s Hotel will be transformed into a new burger hotspot in collaboration with Valencia-based brand The Fitzgerald. Already a favourite across mainland Spain, the brand’s unmistakable flame-grilled flavour and high-quality ingredients delighted guests at the Casa Amante event, which was attended by cultural figures such as actors Mitch Robles, Arturo Valls, and Lola Rodríguez, among others. Guests also enjoyed margaritas prepared by Santa Brisa. Both The Fitzgerald and Santa Brisa were sponsors of the event.

As a final reveal, the evening offered a first look at a pair of exclusive renders for Acapulco Amor, the group’s new hotel set to open in Cala de Bou in 2027, inspired by 1970s Acapulco — the legendary Pacific jewel in its golden age. A project that revives the era’s relaxed glamour, colour, and hedonism, reinterpreted through a contemporary and unmistakably Concept lens.

A night that celebrated not only new projects, but a very specific way of understanding hospitality: as a place where culture, design, music, and experiences intersect to create memories that go far beyond a stay.
