TOP 5 VINTAGE STORES IN IBIZA
By Laura Martínez
Over the last decade, fast fashion has taken over the industry, leaving an irreversible mark on the planet. Did you know that buying a pair of second-hand jeans instead of new ones can save up to 10,000 liters of water? Shopping vintage is an experience that lets you connect with stories from the past, embrace a unique style, and take self-expression to the next level — all while reducing your carbon footprint. Your wardrobe will be original, filled with pieces of much higher quality than most of today’s fast-made clothes. By choosing recycled garments, you’re not only giving your style a twist — you’re also helping the planet! That’s why we’ve made it easy for you with this small introductory guide to the fabulous world of vintage, and to help you discover the true upcycling fashion treasures hidden around the island.
ARCHIVE CLOSET
Located on Bartomeu Ramon Street, right in the heart of Ibiza, Archive Closet has quickly become one of the coolest vintage stores on the island. Versace, Prada, Fendi, Dior… designer vintage pieces mix with pre-loved one-offs in a space designed to make you fall in love with giving special garments a second life — striking that perfect balance between simplicity and sophistication. French DJ Chloé Caillet, Ibiza-based multidisciplinary artist Miranda Makaroff, and Ibiza-born model Carla Guetta are regulars at this little haven of sustainable fashion.

HOLALA IBIZA
One of the island’s very first vintage stores —and therefore one of the longest-standing— this is a true paradise of treasures with prices for every budget. The owners travel to flea markets all over the world to bring you a hand-picked selection, item by item. Located right in Ibiza’s Old Market Square since the early ’70s, this vintage temple is the ultimate spot to find denim, ’70s shirts, tees, and leather jackets for both men and women. The stock is constantly renewed, and you’ll find tons of accessories to top off your outfit: sunglasses, scarves, earrings, and even the occasional designer handbag hidden among the finds. It’s almost impossible to leave empty-handed.

MON CHÂTEAU EN ESPAGNE
Isabelle, the French owner of this gem of a store located on the Sant Joan road —next to the restaurant Ses Arcades— greets you with her big smile, oversized glasses, and effortlessly chic French haircut. Louis Vuitton bags and luggage, Cartier watches, Chanel earrings, a wide selection of designer sunglasses, and Hermès scarves all sparkle from behind the glass. But Isabelle’s shop isn’t just about fabulous accessories — it’s the coolest place in Ibiza to find second-hand designer furniture. The treasures this writer has stumbled upon there are countless — and there are plenty more to come! You’ll wish you had a second home just to decorate it with the incredible pieces Isabelle and her husband find at the fantastic markets of Paris.

VICENTE GANESHA
The island’s most famous treasure hunter can boast clients like Kate Moss, Gala González, and Dua Lipa. This colorful boutique, sitting on the corner of Guillem de Montgrí Street, is packed with dresses and sarongs brought from India, along with Vicente’s own creations made from the fabrics he collects during his winter travels. Vicente started out trading designer furniture at Paris flea markets longer ago than he’d like to admit and has since built a quiet, well-deserved success — the kind that comes from doing things slowly and with care. To enter the closed-off area of the shop, you’ll need Vicente’s personal approval — that’s where he keeps the true vintage jewels. Pure delight for any shopping addict.

LOS FELICES BOUTIQUE
This temple of designer vintage is located in our newest hotel, opened in 2024: Los Felices. Our homage, in hotel form, to the ever-vibrant world of fashion pays tribute to top creative talent from Ibiza and beyond. The boutique inside the hotel is designed to evolve each year with a new concept. Last year, it became the first —and so far, only— physical store for Les Fleurs, the brand founded by fashion muse and designer María Bernad. Her label, fully focused on upcycling, took center stage in our boutique and set the tone for future collaborations. This 2025, we’ve teamed up with Tots a la Taula, the creative project led by Ana Fort and María Carreté, who curated a space full of vintage pieces available for both sale and rental.
As for 2026... we’re open to new ideas. Suggestions welcome.
